REQUESTING YOUR WHIP

Are you looking for a whip that suits you perfectly? You can submit your specific wishes through our request form. Upon request, an overview of the product costs will immediately be provided, excluding shipping costs. Feel free to ask any questions you may have before or during the process, so we can go over your ideas together.

THE PROCESS AFTERWARDS

Upon receiving your request, I will contact you as soon as possible. Together, we will go through a checklist to clearly map out your wishes and visualize what your product will look like. A deposit of € 25.- is required for custom work. The crafting process will only begin once you have approved the quote and the deposit has been paid. Upon completion, you will receive the remaining payment request.

FROM PAYMENT TO DELIVERY

As soon as your payment is received, your whip will be meticulously crafted to your wishes. The artisanal braiding process takes time; please allow for a production time of 2 to 5 weeks after payment. Once the whip is completed, you will immediately receive a message including photos of your new acquisition.

SHIPPING AND DISCRETION

Once you are completely satisfied with the photos and give your approval, you will receive the final invoice for the remaining balance, including any shipping costs. As soon as this payment has been cleared, your whip will be shipped immediately. The package is wrapped with the utmost discretion, ensuring nosy onlookers are kept in the dark and your privacy is guaranteed. We hope you and your partner(s) will fully enjoy it later on.
