Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cub’s Kinky Corner. These Terms and Conditions apply to all requests, quotes, agreements, and deliveries of handmade paracord BDSM tools and custom-made products via our website.

Article 1 – Definitions

• Cub’s Kinky Corner: The business offering handmade paracord products via www.cubskinkycorner.nl.
• Client: The natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with or submitting a request to Cub’s Kinky Corner.
• Custom Work (Maatwerk): Products manufactured specifically based on the individual wishes, color choices, dimensions, or specifications of the Client (such as custom-made whips).

Article 2 – Requests, Quotes, and Formation of Agreement

• 1. A Client can submit specific wishes and preferences via the online request form. The costs displayed immediately are an indication and exclude shipping costs, as well as potential export or customs duties.
• 2. Upon receiving the request, Cub’s Kinky Corner will contact the Client to review the specifications using a checklist. A definitive quote will be provided based on this review.
• 3. The agreement for custom work is only definitively established once the Client has approved the quote and paid the required **deposit of € 25.-**.

Article 3 – Payment and Prices

• 1. All listed prices are in Euros (€) and exclude shipping costs, transport fees, export duties, or customs charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• 2. A fixed deposit of € 25.- is mandatory prior to commencing the production of custom work.
• 3. Upon completion of the product, the Client will receive photos of the finished tool alongside the final invoice for the remaining balance (including any applicable shipping costs).
• 4. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the product is dispatched.

Article 4 – Production Time, Delivery, and Export Costs

• 1. Since all products are hand-braided and custom-made, an estimated production time of 2 to 5 weeks applies after the deposit is received.
• 2. Stated delivery times are indicative. Should a delivery be unexpectedly delayed, the Client will be notified as soon as possible.
• 3. Shipping will only take place after the Client has approved the photos of the final product and the final invoice is settled in full.
• 4. Export and Customs Duties: For shipments outside the Netherlands (both within and outside the EU), all additional costs for export, import duties, customs fees, clearance costs, and local taxes are **entirely the responsibility of the Client**. Cub’s Kinky Corner has no control over these charges and cannot be held liable for delays or extra fees imposed by local authorities.

Article 5 – Discreet Shipping and Privacy

• 1. Cub’s Kinky Corner guarantees that all orders are packaged and shipped with the utmost discretion.
• 2. The exterior of the packaging contains no logos, brand names, or explicit references that could reveal its contents, ensuring the Client’s privacy is fully protected.
• 3. Personal data collected during the ordering process will exclusively be used to fulfill the agreement and will never be shared with third parties without prior consent.

Article 6 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

• 1. Based on legal exceptions for consumer purchases, the right of withdrawal (the statutory 14-day cooling-off period) is **completely excluded** for all custom-made products from Cub’s Kinky Corner.
• 2. Because whips and tools cannot be reused after physical contact due to hygiene and health protection regulations, and are constructed entirely to client specifications, these products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

Article 7 – Warranty, Conformity, and Maintenance

• 1. Cub’s Kinky Corner guarantees that products comply with the agreement and are crafted with the highest care and craftsmanship from premium paracord.
• 2. Minor deviations in color (e.g., due to monitor settings) or exact braiding patterns are inherent to handmade items and do not constitute grounds for rejection, repair, or compensation.
• 3. The Client is solely responsible for correctly maintaining and storing the paracord items. Damage resulting from misuse, extreme overload, or improper cleaning is excluded from the warranty.

Article 8 – Liability Disclaimer

• 1. Products from Cub’s Kinky Corner are strictly intended for recreational, consensual adult use (18+) only.
• 2. The use of BDSM tools carries inherent risks. Cub’s Kinky Corner is in no way liable for direct or indirect damage, physical injury, psychological harm, or accidents resulting from the (unsafe, improper, or non-consensual) use of the delivered products.
• 3. The total liability of Cub’s Kinky Corner is at all times limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the product in question.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Disputes

• 1. All legal relationships involving Cub’s Kinky Corner are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
• 2. Complaints must be reported in writing or via email within 7 days of receiving the product, including a clear description and supporting photos. Cub’s Kinky Corner will respond with an appropriate solution within 14 days.
